Polymeric 3 is a very high durability polymer that is specially designed to provide a semi-permanent coating that can be used on concrete, marble, terrazzo and other stone floors. It is formulated to provide a more durable floor coating than most conventional seals and finishes. It can also be used in outdoor applications. This new generation polymer is chemically programmed to continually rise to the surface. Newly designed for polished stone floors installed in high-traffic environments, such as hotel lobbies, office buildings and condominium lobbies. It provides an extremely tough film-forming topical finish that maintains the “natural look” of the stone, while providing an extremely long-lasting protection and actually increases the original gloss of the floor!
It has unique anti-slip qualities, and it’s as easy to apply as any janitorial-grade floor finish. It can be buffed with a high-speed floor burnishing machine (1500 – 2500 RPM), preferably (but not necessarily) equipped with a hogs hair pad, is preferred, though excellent results can be obtained also with a regular 175 RPM floor machine. Maintain with Majestic Neutral Cleaner regularly and your floor should never require stripping!
COVERAGE: Depending on the porosity of the floor surface, coverage will be between 800-1,200 sq. ft. per gallon.
