Concrete Guard is formulated to provide the ultimate in concrete protection by using both dual-action technology and hybrid polymers. Concrete Guard is environmentally friendly, VOC-compliant, and provides increased stain suspension and resistance against most contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc. While originally formulated to be used in conjunction with hardened concrete floor systems, Concrete Guard may also be used anywhere a clear, high gloss, dual-action concrete protection system is desired.
Use On: Previously sealed surfaces, as well as surfaces that have been previously stained or dyed and sealed.

Label Information:
Concrete Guard is formulated to provide the ultimate in concrete protection by using both dual-action technology and hybrid polymers. It is environmentally friendly, VOC-compliant, and provides increased stain suspension and resistance against most contaminants found in kitchens, retail food stores, restaurants, malls, garages, warehouses, distribution centers, etc. While originally formulated to be used in conjunction with hardened concrete floor systems, Concrete Guard may also be used anywhere a clear, high gloss, dual-action concrete protection system is desired. Concrete Guard is designed for use on most any concrete surface whether previously sealed, stained, or polished. Both interior and exterior. Check with M3 technical sales to confirm.
Always test a small area to check for desired outcome.
Polished Concrete: Concrete Guard may be applied over concrete that has been previously treated with a densifier/hardener. Best results are obtained if the surface is burnished two hours after application. Concrete Guard can be diluted up to 1:1 with distilled water on highly polished concrete. Check with M3 technical department to confirm.
Existing Concrete: Concrete Guard should be used full strength on existing concrete (no dilution necessary). Concrete must be a minimum of seven days old before applying.
Application: Equipment must be clean, dry and free of any previously used materials. After initially spraying the product onto the surface, uniformly spread it with a micro-fiber applicator. The micro-fiber pad should be prewetted with Concrete Guard prior to use, and the product must not be allowed to dry before spreading is complete. Optimum performance is achieved with two uniform coats. The second coat should be applied at a 90° angle to the first coat, only after the first coat is thoroughly dry – typically 45 minutes after application, depending on temperatures and conditions.
NOTE: Keep surface dry for a minimum of 48 hours after application; full stain blocking ability will not be effective until 72 hours after final application.
Cleanup: If Concrete Guard is still wet, equipment can be cleaned up with Majestic Deep Cleaner Stripper and water. Once dried, the material can be removed with a solvent, such as xylene or toluene.
